Initial acupuncture treatment: $145
Follow-up acupuncture treatments: $90
Initial acupuncture treatment with prompt pay discount*: $130
Follow-up acupuncture treatments with prompt pay discount*: $80
*Prompt pay discount is for payment at time of service. Cannot be combined with any other discounts.
Electro-stim acupuncture: (add) $15
Cupping with acupuncture treatment: (add) $15
Cupping only: $60 initial visit, follow-up $40
Herbal consult only (no acupuncture): $80 initial visit, follow-up $40
Herbal medications are separate and usually range in price from $10 - $25 per week
Pre-pay packages: available when you pre-pay for 6 or more treatments. $476 for 6 treatments including the initial visit; $432 for 6 follow-up treatments.
At this time we do not bill insurance. If your insurance plan covers acupuncture we are happy to supply you with a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Please call your insurance company to verify benefits before you schedule your first appointment. Many insurance companies only cover acupuncture for certain conditions - pain syndromes and certain types of nausea related to chemotherapy or pregnancy. Your insurance company may only cover a limited number of treatments. You may be responsible to pay for treatments until you meet your deductible. Make sure you clearly understand your benefits before you start treatment.
I currently participate with the two health networks listed below. Patients with health insurance companies that participate with these networks may be eligible for a discounts.
Healthways WholeHealth Networks, Inc. - 20% discount on acupuncture treatments. First visit $116; Follow-ups $72. Plans from the following insurance companies may be applicable:
